Last month I participated in The RBC Next Great Innovator Challenge. The goal was to come up with a new an innovative solution for improving the working environment for RBC’s scattered and greatly diversifying workforce. While myself and a few teammates were preparing a solution, we were given this presentation for review. I will talk more about the challenge later, but now I would like to share this presentation. I think it does a good job at summarizing the workforce of tomorrow as well as I just really like the style of this presentation!
